This year, the IAFP is hosting a Physicians Day at the Iowa State Fair in partnership with the Polk County Medical Society. IAFP and PCMS Members and their families will receive FREE entrance to the fair and a private party with food and drinks from 11 AM to 1 PM on the West Deck of The Depot (inside the Fairgrounds on the East side). 

You may enter the fair at any time and any gate. IAFP and PCMS will provide food and nonalcoholic drinks only at the designated time at The Depot, located on the Main Concourse of the Fair Grounds. The closest gate entrance to The Depot is the Main Iowa State Fair Gate Entrance, at 3000 Grand Avenue. A cash bar will be available for adults.

LIMITED TICKET AVAILABILITY. 

Tickets are free to active IAFP members and their direct family only. IAFP members living in or visiting the Des Moines area before August 5 can pick up their tickets at the PCMS Offices, 1520 High Street, Des Moines, IA 50309. Otherwise, tickets will be mailed. IAFP staff will follow up after members RSVP to confirm the preferred ticket delivery method.
