The Illinois Academy of Family Physicians invites all AAFP members to our one-day virtual workshop that equips primary care providers with essential skills and knowledge to effectively address obesity as a chronic disease. Our multi-state faculty will provide up-to-date information and strategies to help you help patients overcome one of the most challenging obstacles in achieving overall health and preventing diseases linked to overweight and obesity.
