ly Medicine Certification Self-Assessment Activities requirement.\n\n\n\nR
eview 60 core competency questions with experienced family physician facul
ty\, and decide the best answer with your colleagues.\nThe IAFP reports yo
ur answers directly to the ABFM on your behalf. \;\n\nHow the Virtual
KSA Works\n\n\nIn order to provide an ABFM-endorsed KSA group study sessio
n\, the ABFM requires that the program administrators embed &ldquo\;code w
ords&rdquo\; into the webinar slides to ensure that participants are payin
g attention throughout the duration of the program. You will be asked to c
apture these code words on an evaluation tool that will be sent to you in
advance.\n\n\nThe most important function of the webinar is the polling pr
ocess which helps to determine group consensus on what answer should be su
bmitted on the ABFM&rsquo\;s answer sheet. Instructions on this important
process will be detailed prior to the start of the program with plenty of
time for participants to test the system.In a nutshell\, questions will be
displayed\, read verbally by the moderator\, and then opened for particip
ants to respond. Next\, poll results will be displayed and discussed with
guidance from the expert speaker. If consensus on an assessment answer is
not clear\, a re-poll may be necessary. The IAFP staff will be working in
the background to collect group answers on the approved ABFM answer sheet.
Finally\, the answer sheet will be submitted as a group to the ABFM and i
ndividuals will be credited for completion of the KSA once event evaluatio
ns are received within 72 hours.\n\n\nCME\n\n\nThe AAFP has reviewed Knowl
edge Self-Assessment- Asthma and deemed it acceptable for up to 8.00 Knowl
edge Self-Assessment\, Live AAFP Prescribed credit(s). Term of Approval is
from 04/08/2026 to 04/08/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit co
mmensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.\n\n\nCl
